Available in 10-inch and 12-inch models, the ShowTime SK Series brings powerful, vocal-forward sound to bars, clubs, restaurants, and other music-forward spaces
Boston, Mass. — July 30, 2026 — Bose Professional today introduced ShowTime SK Series full-range passive loudspeakers. Built for indoor entertainment venues, the 10-inch SK10 and 12-inch SK12 bring powerful Bose Professional sound to the spaces where nightlife happens — bars, lounges, clubs, restaurants, private rooms, and KTV/karaoke spaces.
The ShowTime SK Series pairs high-output performance with the vocal presence that music-forward venues depend on, voiced specifically for entertainment applications. Each model combines a high-output woofer with a Bose Professional EMB2S compression driver and a rear-ported design for strong low-frequency response and smooth, balanced sound.
“Entertainment venues come in all shapes and sizes, and every installation presents a different set of design constraints,“ said Hans Vereecken, vice president of international sales, Bose Professional. “Our customers need solutions that deliver the same performance and voicing regardless of the room, and the ShowTime SK10 and SK12 give integrators the flexibility they need to design systems that fit custom spaces while maintaining the output, vocal clarity, and consistent sound that define the ShowTime SK Series.”
The ShowTime SK Series is designed with integrators in mind. Two Neutrik speakON NL4MP input and loop-through connectors support fast amplifier connection and simple daisy-chaining; M8 threaded inserts allow vertical or horizontal mounting; and a rotatable 90° × 60° horn lets integrators direct coverage to the room. Optional pole-mount and pan-and-tilt accessories add flexibility for permanent or portable setups. The SK12 delivers maximum output for larger rooms, and the SK10 offers a more compact footprint where space is at a premium.
The SK Series is the newest addition to the growing ShowTime family of loudspeakers built for entertainment and performance applications, which also includes the ShowTime STS118E, a passive 18-inch outdoor-rated installation subwoofer. The STS118E supports high-output loudspeaker systems such as AMU, AMM, and Forum, delivering the low-frequency impact required for performance-driven spaces, and is practical to specify, install, and integrate into permanent systems.
The ShowTime SK10 is available now in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan, KASEN, India, and ANZ, and will be available in the EU and UAE in September 2026. The ShowTime SK12 is currently available in China and will be available in Japan in September 2026 and the EU and UAE in October 2026.
