ControlSpace Cloud enables remote system monitoring and troubleshooting of ControlSpace devices from anywhere with cloud connectivity.
It allows you to instantly respond to and even anticipate system issues before they happen, reducing unnecessary site visits. And it’s fully scalable, so you can monitor just one room or up to multiple organizations globally — all from a single dashboard.
Real-time insight and control
With an EX or ESP processor* in the system, critical data for amplifiers such as status, faults, errors, clipping, and limiter activity is sent to the cloud without a VPN or additional hardware. The history of the device is also stored, and notifications can be sent via email, Teams, Slack, or other popular platforms whenever an issue arises.

Easy installation — no additional equipment required.
Just enable ControlSpace Cloud in the main DSP to automatically see all its connected devices in the cloud — no VPN setup, no extra equipment, and no additional costs. All that’s required is a software and firmware update via ControlSpace Designer.
