Overview

With our Installed Sound Expansion, we’ve increased our range of products so system designers and installers can deliver Bose Professional sound systems in more spaces than ever. This means more options — more loudspeakers, amplifiers, and processors to choose from. And more flexibility: Now consultants and integrators can combine Bose Professional products to create tailored sound systems that fit a greater variety of spaces. Our established products remain and we’ve added new product families into the mix. And there’s more to come. Because the Installed Sound Expansion has one goal: providing consultants and integrators with the components they need to deliver complete systems — from simple, repeatable background music systems, to sound reinforcement, to more complex, networked, and distributed solutions.

Aimed to deliver better audio

The Dispersion Alignment system, found on most DesignMax models, ensures a consistent listening experience throughout the room by matching the coverage of the woofer to the wider pattern of the tweeter. The woofer and tweeter work together for consistent and wide coverage throughout the listening area.

Patented QuickHold mounting mechanisms on each DesignMax loudspeaker make the job easier, reducing strain and hassle — and saving substantial time. Instead of balancing the loudspeaker in one hand and a tool in the other, you’ll now have both hands free.

EdgeMax PhaseGuide technology combines the room-filling coverage patterns typical of larger surface-mount speakers with the architect-preferred aesthetics of in-ceiling models. PhaseGuide technology also provides unique asymmetrical vertical pattern for room-filling coverage when mounting near a wall-ceiling boundary.
